Compatible BrandsASCO, Goyen, DMF, SBFEC, Taeha
Replacement guide: When replacing a valve, confirm port size, coil voltage, and thread type. Our valves are designed as drop-in replacements and do not require manifold modification.

🏭 Filter Bag Media — Selection Guide

MaterialMax Temp (Continuous)Max Temp (Peak)Key PropertiesRecommended For
Polyester (PE)130°C150°CGood mechanical strength, cost-effectiveGeneral industry, cement, feed mills
Polypropylene (PP)90°C100°CExcellent chemical resistance, low tempChemical, acid environments
PPS (Ryton)160°C190°CChemical & hydrolysis resistanceCoal-fired boilers, incinerators
Nomex (Aramid)200°C220°CHigh temp stability, moderate costSteel, cement, hot gas filtration
Fiberglass260°C280°CExtreme heat resistancePower stations, cement kiln exit
PTFE Membrane250°C260°CSurface filtration, very high efficiencyFine dust, emission-critical applications
Anti-Static PE130°C150°CCarbon-blended, static dissipativeWood/MDF, flour, feed processing
P84 (Polyimide)240°C260°CExcellent chemical + temp resistanceWaste incineration, mixed industrial
Selection tip: Always specify the continuous operating temperature, not just peak temperature. Also confirm whether there is condensation risk — moisture significantly affects bag life for PE and PP media.

⚙️ Diaphragm Membrane — Material Selection

MaterialTemperature RangeFluid CompatibilityTypical Application
NBR (Nitrile)-20°C to +100°CAir, mineral oilStandard industrial baghouses
EPDM-40°C to +120°CWater, steam, ozoneOutdoor or humid environments
Viton (FKM)-20°C to +180°CAcids, hydrocarbons, solventsChemical plants, high-temp systems
Replacement note: Membranes should be replaced as a set for each maintenance cycle. Mixing new and old membranes of different ages in the same row leads to inconsistent pulse energy.

🏗️ Cage Frame — Specification Reference

SpecificationDetails
Wire MaterialLow carbon steel (galvanized), SS304, SS316
Surface TreatmentHot-dip galvanized / silicon powder coated / bare SS
Wire Diameter3mm, 4mm, 5mm (custom on request)
Standard Lengths1m, 1.5m, 2m, 2.5m, 3m, 3.6m (custom available)
Standard Diameters120mm, 130mm, 150mm, 165mm, 200mm (custom available)
Venturi / Top RingSnap-in ring, flange ring, integrated venturi (to spec)
Weld QualityAll junctions spot-welded; burr-free finish required
Critical dimension: Cage outer diameter should be 6–10mm less than filter bag inner diameter to allow free installation and prevent radial abrasion during pulse cleaning.

📐 Compressed Air Requirements for Pulse Cleaning

Recommended Air Pressure

Operating pressure0.5 – 0.6 MPa
Minimum pressure0.35 MPa
Maximum pressure0.7 MPa
Air qualityDry, oil-free (ISO 8573-1 Class 3 or better)
Dew pointMin. 10°C below lowest gas temp

Pulse Cycle Settings (Typical)

Pulse duration60 – 100 ms
Interval between pulses3 – 10 seconds
Cleaning modeOffline or online (system-dependent)
Timer typeSequential or differential pressure

Signs of Insufficient Pulse Energy

• ΔP continues to rise after cleaning cycle
• Bags accumulate dense dust cake
• Emission levels increase
• Bags collapse inward during cleaning

Causes: low compressed air pressure, undersized valve, clogged nozzle, damaged membrane

Signs of Excessive Pulse Energy

• Filter bags show mechanical damage at seam
• Premature bag abrasion at cage contact points
• High compressed air consumption
• Bag mouth deformation

Causes: over-pressure, wrong valve size, very short pulse interval
