PTH Viet Nam Joint Stock Company (“PTH Viet Nam”, “we”) is committed to protecting the personal data of customers who access and use the pthvietnam.com website and our related services. This policy is drawn up in accordance with the Law on Cyberinformation Security 2015, the Law on Protection of Consumer Rights 2023 and Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection.

1. Purpose and Scope of Collection

We collect only the personal data needed to process orders, supply products and services, provide technical support, issue quotations and improve your experience. This may include: full name, telephone number, email address, delivery address, company name, tax code (for corporate customers) and the content of your enquiry.

The information you provide is used by PTH Viet Nam to: process orders and deliver products; issue invoices and accounting documents; provide customer care and handle complaints; send notices about your order and about promotional programmes (only where you have consented); and respond to requests from competent state authorities as required by law.

Your personal data is retained until you ask us to delete it, or for the period required under accounting and tax legislation. After that period the information is securely deleted or anonymized.

6. Our Commitment to Confidentiality

PTH Viet Nam undertakes that it will never sell, exchange or rent your personal data to any third party, other than: (a) where you have consented; (b) to a carrier or delivery partner for the purpose of fulfilling your order; (c) at the request of a competent state authority as required by law. If the server holding your information is attacked and personal data is lost, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within 72 hours, as required by law.
