Surface Treatment Options
Hot-Dip Galvanized
Standard treatment for most industrial applications. 80–100μm zinc coating. Best for: cement, steel, general dust below 200°C. Cost-effective choice.
Silicon-Coated (Black)
Heat-resistant to 280°C. Silicon coating prevents bag abrasion and allows easy bag removal. Best for: high-temperature applications, PTFE and Nomex bags.
Stainless Steel 304/316
For corrosive and chemical environments. SS316 for chloride-rich or acid gas conditions. Best for: chemical plants, coastal installations, food-grade requirements.

📐 Why Cage Frame Dimensions Matter
An oversized cage tears the bag at the weld seam. An undersized cage lets the bag collapse and blind during cleaning. PTH measures your existing cages or works from tubesheet drawings to guarantee fit. We also inspect for sharp weld burrs which are the #1 cause of premature bag puncture.
