Step-by-Step Order Process
Submit Inquiry

Receive Quotation
We respond within 4 business hours with a detailed quotation including unit price, lead time and minimum order quantity.
Confirm Order
Review and approve the quotation. We issue a proforma invoice or purchase order acknowledgement for your records.
Payment & Delivery
Payment according to agreed terms. We arrange delivery to your site and notify you of shipping status.

The more detail you provide, the faster we can respond with accurate pricing:
- Filter bags: Dimensions (Ø × length), material, top ring type, quantity
- Pulse jet valves: Brand, model number, coil voltage (24V DC / 110V / 220V), quantity
- Diaphragm membranes: Valve brand and model number
- Cage frames: Diameter, length, number of wires, material (galvanized/SS304)
- Other: Photos of existing parts are always helpful

💳 Payment Terms
- Standard terms: 100% advance payment for first orders
- Established customers: Net 15 or Net 30 by arrangement
- Payment methods: Bank transfer (TT), online transfer
- Currency: Vietnamese Dong (VND) with VAT invoice
- VAT Invoice: Issued for all transactions as required by Vietnamese tax regulations
- Foreign currency: USD/EUR invoicing available for FDI companies, subject to agreement
🚚 Delivery & Shipping
- Nationwide delivery: All provinces in Vietnam via partner logistics
- Delivery to factory gate: Arranged upon request
- Standard shipping: 1–3 days after dispatch (domestic)
- Express options: Available for urgent orders
- Packaging: Export-grade packaging for filter bags; carton boxes for valves and membranes
- Inspection at delivery: We recommend visual inspection on receipt. Claims must be reported within 3 days.

Warranty & Returns
- Product warranty: 12 months from delivery date for manufacturing defects
- Warranty claim: Provide photos and description of defect within warranty period
- Returns policy: Unused, undamaged stock items may be returned within 30 days with prior agreement
- Custom-produced items: Non-returnable unless manufacturing defect is confirmed
- Technical support: Free technical support for installation and commissioning issues
