What We Supply
Solenoid Coils
24V DC, 110V AC and 220V AC coils for ASCO, Goyen, Mecair, DMF, SBFEC and Joil valves. IP65 encapsulated versions available for outdoor cabinets and washdown areas.
Plungers & Armatures
Magnetic plungers with return springs, matched to each valve series. A worn plunger or a weak spring is the most common reason a valve stops firing while the coil still tests good.
Valve Covers & Timer Boards
Diaphragm covers and bonnets, plus Xiechang SXC-series pulse controllers driving 1 to 120 valves, including the SXC-FB explosion-proof model for ATEX-classified areas.

Why Coils and Plungers Fail Early
Four causes account for almost every premature failure we see in cement, steel, power and chemical plants. Heat — a coil running at 70–90°C inside an outdoor cabinet loses its insulation within one to two years. Moisture and dust — an unsealed plunger chamber lets condensate in, which rusts the armature and tires the spring. Unstable supply voltage — brownouts make the coil draw more current and overheat. Wrong replacement part — a plunger from another series will fit the thread but not the stroke, so the valve opens only partially.
